Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved, our surrogates must meet the following criteria:
- Healthy Pregnancy History: You have successfully completed at least one healthy pregnancy without complications.
- C-Section and Pregnancy Limitations: You have had no more than 2 c-sections, no more than 5 pregnancies, and no more than 2 consecutive miscarriages.
- Age: Your age falls between 21 and 38 years.
- BMI: Your BMI is below 32.
- Citizenship: You are either a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
- Residency: You reside in a state within the U.S. that is supportive of surrogacy (excluding Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, and locations outside the U.S.).
- Mental Health: You are not currently using medication for depression or anxiety.
- Physical Health: You have no chronic health conditions that might affect pregnancy.
- Background Checks: Both you and your partner can successfully complete a criminal background check and psychological evaluation.
- Substance-Free: Neither you nor your partner use illegal drugs, marijuana, smoke, or abuse alcohol.
- Tattoo/Piercing: You have not received a tattoo or piercing within the past 12 months.
